The student-teaching team of the ER IHIRSPS expresses its sincere condolences to the family and friends regarding the sudden death of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Mykhailo Stepanovych Burian.

Mykhailo Stepanovych was the dean of the History Faculty, for many years he headed the Department of World History and International Relations, opened specialties at our Institute, made a great contribution to the development of the Institute and the University.

Mykhailo Stepanovych was a wise mentor for students, a good friend to colleagues, a true professional in his work. In the memory of everyone who personally knew Mykhailo Stepanovych, he will forever remain a sensitive and bright person.

The world has lost a unique scientist and a good person.
