A meeting at the FNS

A meeting was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences with the acting head of the Educational Department, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Valentyna Lesnova.

As part of improving the work of guarantors of educational and professional programs and scientific and pedagogical workers – members of project groups, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences with the acting head of the Educational Department, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Valentina Lesnova, who introduced the main changes in the normative university documentation regulating the educational process.

The EP guarantors and members of the project groups had the opportunity to discuss current problems of the quality of higher education, issues that arise during the revision of educational programs, peculiarities of accreditation of educational programs.

Also, during the meeting, the current problems of the organization of the educational process were discussed, the issue of diversifying the forms and methods of education when conducting classes in distance mode was considered. The head of the Educational Department emphasized the need to implement an individual approach to recruiters in the conditions of martial law and full-scale war.

Today, the departments of the faculty train students in seventeen educational programs at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. Every year, all educational programs undergo review procedures, updates in accordance with the Regulations on educational activities and the Procedures for ensuring the quality of education.

The staff of the FNS teachers is grateful for the advisory support of the acting head of the Educational Department Valentyna Lesnova and plans to continue close cooperation with colleagues in order to improve their work.
