Participation in the open webinar “Modern Diagnostic Tools for Team Effectiveness”

Lecturers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions took part in the open webinar “Modern Diagnostic Tools for Team Effectiveness”.

On February 9, 2023, teachers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education participated in the open webinar “Modern Diagnostic Tools for Team Effectiveness”.

The event was held by business trainers and HR consultants of the Develor Ukraine consulting and training company.

The event presented three tools for working with a team:

• Insights Discovery – determination of personal and team effectiveness based on the methodology of psychological preferences according to the theory of sociotypes of the Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung;
• Patrick Lencioni’s most effective team model, which identifies five weaknesses in team work and ways to overcome them;
• Sociomapping is a scientifically based method of analyzing the quality of interaction in a team, which involves the study of communication channels in the team, the construction of sociometric maps and the establishment of optimal interactions.

Interesting information about modern tools for working with a team can be useful in the process of organizing the work of the staff of the department, as well as be used when teaching disciplines that consider the organization of team work.
