General meeting at the Faculty of Natural Sciences

A general meeting of master’s students with employees of the dean’s office, teachers and heads of the departments was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. 

On February 11, the Faculty of Natural Sciences held a general meeting of full-time and part-time master’s level students with dean’s office staff, teachers and heads of departments. At the meeting, Natalia Matsai, Dean of the Faculty, congratulated everybody on the start of the second semester of the current academic year and wished all participants success in their further studies.

Olga Gubska, Deputy Dean for Academic Work, summarized the results of the first semester, spoke about the procedure for awarding academic scholarships and noted that preparation and work on master’s theses, the relevance of their research, is a very important component of the entire period of study at the master’s degree.

The Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Work Iryna Isaienko invited students to take part in the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, spoke about the appointment of social scholarships and answered questions that interested students.

During the meeting, Iryna Kyrpychova, Deputy Dean for Scientific Work, gave information about the latest master’s program “Agrokibety”, namely that the task of this program is to provide top Ukrainian agricultural companies with highly qualified employees, and graduates with a high-paying workplace immediately after receiving a diploma. The students were very interested in this information and therefore they asked disturbing questions.

The scientific-pedagogical team of the Faculty of Natural Sciences wishes all students a peaceful sky, creative effort, success, and new scientific discoveries.
