Online meeting of the commissions

The university held an online meeting on the creation of an educational and methodological commission; a commission for social and humanitarian work; and a commission for scientific, international and grant activities.

On February 9 and 10, 2023, an online meeting was held at the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” regarding the creation of an educational and methodological commission; a commission for social and humanitarian work; and a commission for scientific, international and grant activities.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Karaman; Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Yaroslava Yurkiv; Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Anatolii Zhuchok; head of the Trade Union Organization Volodymyr Moroz; head of the Student Self-Government Anna Berendiaeva; heads of the Center for Career Development, the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation, the Center for Culture and Leisure, the head of the Student Social Service Sector; deputy directors and deans for academic work, deputy directors and deans for social and humanitarian work , scientific and pedagogical workers nominated by institutes and faculties to the commissions, students of various structural university subdivisions.

The Rector of the University, Olena Karaman, emphasized the importance of the formation of commissions of various directions, their further constructive work, which is determined by innovations in the field of higher education and fixed by the concept of development of our university approved by the Academic Council.

The Vice-Rector Yaroslava Yurkiv noted that in the future it is necessary to establish close cooperation between the commissions and the rectorate and all structural subdivisions of the university. The Vice-Rector Anatolii Zhuchok drew attention to the need for communication between all committee members and scientific and pedagogical staff, providing informational support, and providing the necessary consulting assistance, which in the future will make it possible to more successfully represent our university in all-Ukrainian and international rankings.

During the work, heads, deputies and secretaries of all the commissions were elected. The plan of further measures, priority tasks, priority areas of activity were outlined.
