In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, according to the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 214 – VC dated 27.01.2023, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of a dissertation for obtaining a degree Doctor of Philosophy by Alla Volodymyrivna Lutsenko (specialty 111 – Mathematics).

The Ph.D supervisor is Fedir Mykolayovych Sokhatskyi, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor, Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University.
