How to grow a million – the university received books as a gift for training masters in agronomy.

In 2022, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University began teaching master’s degrees in agronomy under the improved master’s program, which was created in cooperation with the Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business and the educational project “Agrokebety”. Our joint task is to provide Ukrainian agricultural companies with highly qualified employees, and graduates with a well-paid job immediately after receiving a diploma. During theoretical training, applicants have the opportunity to learn not only from university teachers, but also from the best lecturers of Ukraine and the world, attending guest lectures from successful agricultural managers. The period of practical training is accompanied by mentoring support from the most powerful and successful companies of agricultural producers. In 2023, under conditions of armed aggression by the Russian Federation, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continues its development and is restored on the territory of the Poltava region in the cities of Poltava, Myrhorod, and Lubny. Teachers and students are happy to meet to discuss urgent issues or conduct practical classes.

Today, receiving books as a gift from the Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business was such a pleasant occasion. “How to Grow a million – First-Hand Agricultural Advice” is a book authored by Petro Melnyk, co-owner and executive director of Agricom Group, president of the “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” Association, top manager, financier with many years of experience in the agricultural sector.

Teachers and students express their gratitude to Mr. Petro Melnyk, the team of the Association “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” and the educational project “Agrokebety” for comprehensive support and assistance in the training of masters in agronomy at LTSNU. Receiving such a gift is another “key” on the way to success in training modern farmers capable of building their own agricultural company and growing millions of crops.
