Participation in the Conference “At the End of the Year 2022”

The Department of Algebra and System Analysis took part in the mathematics conference “At the End of the Year 2022”.

On December 27 and 28, 2022, the traditional International Algebraic Conference “At the End of the Year 2022” was held at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with the support of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. In this conference, scientists usually present their main scientific achievements for the current year.

Experienced mathematicians from many countries of the world took part in the conference, in particular, Poland, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Sweden, the USA, etc. Our university was fully represented by the Department of Algebra and System Analysis. The Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Luhansk  Taras Shevchenk National University, Professor Anatolii Zhuchok and th Head of the Department of Algebra and System Analysis, Professor Yurii Zhuchok presented their scientific reports on current topics of modern general algebra. The pre-New Year’s conference became a working platform for presenting new results, sharing experience and discussing scientific issues.
