Let’s keep the educational front together and contribute to the victory!

Now, everyone is keeping their front.  In such a difficult time for Ukraine, professional development remains one of the priority tasks of teachers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education, as it contributes to the improvement of the quality of teaching. The qualification of teachers of the department in 2022 was improved through internships according to the program, participation in conferences of various levels, seminars, webinars with the receipt of relevant diplomas.

O.I. Kravchenko advanced her qualifications at the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine DZVO “University of Education Management”, Central Institute of Postgraduate Education, Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education on the topic “Management of an Educational Institution Under Martial Law” and improved managerial competence.

Thus, T.V. Sych and Ptahina O.M. completed an internship at the International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai – New York – Rome – Burgas – Jerusalem – Beijing) International August 20, 2022 Confirms the receipt of the qualification: “International Lecturer / Senior Researcher”.

N.S. Vasynova attended the training seminar “Peculiarities of the defense of scientific research in special scientific councils under martial law” (Certificate No. 328-p/k), November 10, 2022 from the effective Internet marketing agency Webpromo and the Academy of Internet Marketing Web Promo Exeperts “Marketing with Faith in Ukraine” received a certificate. On November 22, 2022, she took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION RESPONSES TO HYBRID THREATS” from the Erasmus+ Project “Academic Response to Hybrid Threats” WARN.

Academic integrity today is an integral part of ensuring the quality of education. The school of academic integrity is a joint project of the university library, the Department of Postgraduate Studies and the Management of the Quality of Educational Activities. On  January 11-12, 2022, the teachers of the department T.V. Sych, O.M. Ptahina, O.O. Saienko, N.S. Vasynova, Ye.V. Ivanov. They attended a workshop with training elements and received certificates.

O.M. Ptahina participated in the 19th International School-Seminar “Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Education”, held in Kharkiv, Ukraine, at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” from February 2 to 4, 2022, attended a series of pedagogical workshops (STEM- laboratory, master classes, business games, trainings) aimed at the formation, development and improvement of personal professional competences, increasing the efficiency of professional activities in the field of education.

O.O. Saienko took part in the international training program “Time of Recovery” conducted by the Fides Psychological Center with the participation of speakers from Great Britain, Germany, Hungary and Finland.

On May 18, 2022, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Integration of Science and Management Practice in conditions of Socio-Cultural Transformations” was held, which was dedicated to the outstanding scientist of the Luhansk Region, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the SI “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” Yevgen Hrykov, who died tragically during hostilities in the Kyiv region in the spring of this year. It was on the initiative of Ye. M. Hrykov that conferences on various topics were started at the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education, in which teachers and students of higher education institutions of Ukraine participated.
