Bright memory to the hero, a graduate of the Faculty of Natural Sciences in 1996, who died defending his native land.

Sad news came to our university: the war cut short the life of Oleksii Lytvyn, a graduate of the “Geography” specialty of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in 1996.

Oleksii died heroically near the city of Bakhmut, defending Ukraine from the Russian invader.

He was a decent, energetic person with a sincere soul! Such Oleksii will remain forever in the memory and hearts of friends and teachers!

In these bitter moments, we sincerely share the grief of the family. We bow our heads in deep sorrow and reverence.
