Final attestation

The final attestation of applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialty 281 “Public Management and Administration” took place.

On December 19-22, 2022, the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” held the final attestation of applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education under the “Territorial Management and Local Self-Government” educational programs, “Social Sphere”, “Personnel Management”, specialty 281 “Public Management and Administration”.

The examination board worked online, almost around the clock in the difficult conditions of wartime. The Chairman of the Examination Commission was Shcherbina N. G. – Head of the Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Issues in Donetsk and Luhansk Regions; members of the examination commission were the director of the Institute, Doctor of Public Administration, Professor V. V. Zablotskyi and teachers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor O. O. Saienko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor O. M. Ptakhina.

The head of the Examination Commission noted the high level of training. Despite the difficult conditions, education applicants showed high results during the Unified State Qualification Exam and defense of qualification papers.
