Feast of St. Nicholas at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University

The Primary Trade Union Organization of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, together with student self-government and the Center of Culture and Leisure, organized a St. Nicholas holiday for the children of university employees and teachers.

The celebration took place in the city of Lubny in the assembly hall of the Secondary School No. 10.

At the beginning of the event, the first vice-rector, the head of the Academic Council Vitalii Kurylo addressed the children with a welcoming speech. Next, interesting games, dances, and a Christmas tree with New Year’s lights awaited the children. Saint Nicholas gave gifts to the children, but the main surprise for the little ones was a festive disco together with grown-up fairy-tale heroes.
