Ukrainian Kettlebell Lifting Championship

From December 9 to 11, the Ukrainian Kettlebell Lifting Championship among juniors and adults was held in the city of Lviv.

Oleksandr Rybin, a fourth-year student majoring in Physical Culture, the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, took part in the competition.

Oleksandr performed in the exercise “Guard’s Lunge” lifting 32 kg 225 times! A student of the Educational and Research  Institute of Physical Education and Sports took the second place among juniors and the third place among adults!
