Olympiad in Document Studies and Business Administration

On December 1, the Department of Document Studies and Information Activities held an Olympiad in Document Studies and Business Administration among students at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. 

On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies, on December 1, 2022, the Department of Document Studies and Information Activities held an Olympiad in Document Studies and Business Administration for the 2nd-4th year students majoring in “Information, Library and Archival Affairs”.

The head of the Department of Document Studies and Information Activities addressed the students with a congratulatory speech.

The Olympiad contributed to the support and stimulation of future specialists in the field of information and document studies, the improvement of the quality of training, the activation of the educational and cognitive activities of the students majoring in “Information, Library and Archival Affairs”, the intensification and improvement of the educational process.

The tasks of conducting the Olympiad in Document Studies and Business Administration are the development of practical abilities and skills of students in accordance with the modern requirements of the information society, as well as determining the level of theoretical and practical training of future specialists in the information and document studies field.

The winner of the intellectual competition was Veronika Khadeieva, a 2nd-year student, who showed a high level of professional training, analytical and critical thinking, creativity, which today are the main indicators for the formation of the competitiveness of a future specialist in the information and document science field on the labor market.
