Master classes as part of the Open Day at LTSNU

The Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts held two master classes as part of the Open Day at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

On November 30, the teachers of the Department of Cultural Studies and Cinema and TV-Arts held a master class on television journalism, where everyone could learn how to conduct interviews and work in front of the camera. A mini-lecture on the technical side of filmmaking was also planned. The master class was conducted by teachers of the department Olena Burim, Oleksandr Kalashnyk and Anatolii Mishin.

On December 3, teachers of the Department of Musical Art and Choreography held a series of choreography master classes. A master class in ballroom choreography was conducted by Bohdan Korovainy, in modern choreography by Olha Bilokon, and in folk stage dance by Lyudmila Sokil.

Also, the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts, as part of career orientation work, has planned master classes on printmaking (dry needle), online acquaintance of applicants with the Design Department, and a concert-meeting with teachers and students majoring in “Musical Art” and “Secondary Education. Musical Art”.
