International Volunteer Day and the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Myrhorod city celebrated the International Volunteer Day and the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

On December 5, 2022, subdivisions of the “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” located in Myrhorod city organized a meeting of students with volunteers from Myrhorod region and handed over gifts prepared in advance to servicemen with congratulations on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Myrhorod volunteer Roman Sirenko together with his associates accepted the invitation from the organizers of the event, deputies for social and humanitarian work, namely: Yulia BUTENKO (ER IEB), Iryna ISAIENKO (FNS), Volodymyr MATIEVSKYI (ER IPMIT), Tetiana STARANKO (BFC).

The students congratulated the guests on the International Volunteer Day, thanked them for their important activity for all of Ukraine, wished them strength to continue the noble cause – helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the fight against military aggression. Roman Sirenko told the students about the constant connection with the Defenders of Ukraine, about the peculiarities of volunteering and conveyed words of gratitude from the front line.

The students agreed with the volunteers on further cooperation.
