15th anniversary of the ER IPMIT

On December 1, the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies celebrated its 15th anniversary.

On December 1, 2022, the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies was celebrated in the city of Myrhorod. Guests came to the anniversary both directly in the assembly hall and by joining the online broadcast.
Olena Karaman, Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, congratulated all those present on the holiday, stressing that the ER IPMIT occupies a very important place in the structure of the entire university, and is also the flagship of the implementation of the latest technologies in the educational process.
Volodymyr Moroz, the head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of LTSNU, congratulated all guests next.

Those present at the celebrations saw and heard musical greetings from Danylo Morgun and Ilya Martyniuk.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the university subdivisions located in Myrhorod city, namely:

• Natalia Matsai, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor;
• Valerii Khmel, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Honorary Professor of the University;
• Mykhailo Sapizhak, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, Director of Brianka College.

Mykola Semenov, head of the Department of Information Technologies and Systems, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, addressed the audience on behalf of the heads of the departments that are part of the ER IPMIT. He noted that the specialties that students can get at the Institute are competitive in the modern labor market, therefore, they provide a good start for a successful future for graduates.

Diplomas were awarded to employees and students of the ER IPMIT, who worked fruitfully in our difficult times. Also, the attendees were invited to watch a presentation on the history of the Institute, and then take part in a quiz with sweet prizes.
Finally, the director of the ER IPMIT, Candidate of Technical Sciences Hennadii Mohylnyi, as well as the student director, 1st-year student Oleksandr Furman, addressed the guests of the event.
