Training “Youth During the War. Stress Resistance”

From November 15 to 23, a student of the Professional College of LTSNU conducted a training “Youth During the War. Stress Resistance” for college students.

This event was made possible within the framework of the SILA program implemented by IREX and with the support of the US State Department.

Resilience is one of the top three personality traits that people use to describe their strengths. This is a logical response to the needs of society, where the ability to resist stress is closely related to happiness, physical and mental health and the result of successful work.

Stress is a physical and psychological state that is a reaction to traumatic external or internal environmental factors. Such a situation is accompanied by a serious violation of the biochemical, physical, mental state and behavior of a person. The body’s resistance to stress is a useful protective function that allows you to adapt to external stimuli or ignore them. In other words, it allows you to stay calm in any situation.

During the training, the students drew, communicated with each other, actively participated in the discussion and learned new techniques for stress resistance.
