Student’s Day was celebrated at LTSNU

On November 17, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University held solemn events dedicated to one of the most important holidays of the institute’s life – the Student’s Day in the city of Lubny, Poltava region. 

The place of gathering of students was the Lubny Secondary School number 10, on the basis of which our university continues its activities in the conditions of evacuation in Lubny. At the school, the administration of Luhansk National University addressed the students with a welcome speech.

Since the majority of the students attending were first-year students, the main words were addressed to them, with the aim of supporting and motivating them to further study and active participation in the life of the university.

After the official part, students took part in a quest game. Within which they divided into two teams and, having received route sheets, headed to their stations, which were scattered within the city. At each point, students answered questions, and for each correct answer they received a letter. Having passed through all the stations, the word “Bowling” was formed from the collected letters, after which the teams finally figured out which gift was prepared by the Administration and the Primary Trade Union Organization of the University.

After finishing the quest, the teams went to the bowling hall, where they competed with each other in a game of bowling in team (by university majors) and individual competition. In the team competition, the team of the ER ICSTT won.
