Anti-corruption training was held for students at the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
The anti-corruption training was conducted by the joint efforts of the Student Self-Government of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies.
In the first days of November, the student self-government of the Faculty of Natural Sciences organized and held a training on anti-corruption issues at the Higher Education Institution. The training was conducted by a graduate of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies – Andrii DEMYDKIN, a 1st-year master’s student majoring in 029 Information, Library and Archival Affairs.
The training was organized based on the materials of the anti-corruption brain-ring meeting with NABU, which Andrii and other students of the university team attended in October in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. The event was organized by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine with the support of UNDP within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding with the financial support of the European Union.
In his presentation, Andrii presented information on the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), characterized its special status, defined the main areas of activity related to the detection, termination, investigation and disclosure of corruption and other criminal offenses within its competence, as well as the prevention of new ones. The participants of the training meeting asked Andrii questions and actively participated in the discussion.
The student self-government of the Faculty of Natural Sciences expresses its gratitude to Volodymyr Matievskyi, Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies for his help in organizing the training.
Let’s go together to VICTORY!
Glory to Ukraine!
