Meeting of the Specialized Academic Council

The defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy took place at the meeting of the Specialized Academic Council.

On October 25, within the walls of the “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” (Poltava), the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy took place.

The one-time Specialized Academic Council DF 29.053.014 was formed in accordance with the order of the university and carried out according to the Procedure for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and the cancellation of the decision of the one-time Specialized Academic Council of the higher education institution, scientific institution on awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12 2022).

Valeria Vitaliivna Stegantseva presented her dissertation in the field of knowledge 23 – Social Work,  the specialty 231 – Social Work on the topic: “Formation of information and digital competence of younger schoolchildren in the process of socio-pedagogical communication”. Viktoria Stepanenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of LTSNU was appointed as the Head of the Council; opponents – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Svitlana Kurinna (Donbas State Pedagogical University); Volodymyr Proshkin, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Kyiv Borys Grinchenko University). The reviewers were: Vitalii Kurylo, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, active member of the Academy of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Olesia Tovstukha, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of LTSNU.

According to the decision of the Specialized Academic Council and the results of the open voting of the members of the Council, the recipient was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
