OPENING OF A NEW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR UKRAINIAN STUDENTS

The Institute of International Education and the Fulbright Program in Ukraine are pleased to announce the opening of a new scholarship program “Global Democracy Ambassador Scholarship” for Ukrainian students of all majors.

The scholarship program “Global Democracy Ambassador Scholarship” will provide an opportunity for ten Ukrainian students to receive a scholarship to study at an educational institution in the USA during the spring and/or summer semester of 2023. Students with Ukrainian citizenship, who live in Ukraine and study at a Ukrainian higher education institution, or are temporarily displaced abroad due to hostilities, can participate in the competition.

The Global Democracy Ambassador Scholarship program aims to create opportunities for students from Ukraine to continue their studies, participate in dialogues about the vulnerability and importance of democracy, and inspire the global community to participate in strengthening democratic processes.

The deadline for submitting applications is October 27, 2022.
