Cooperation Agreement with a hairdresser

The Professional College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University signed a cooperation agreement with the hairdresser “FOP Khomenko O.Yu.” in the city of Lubny.

On September 29, the separate structural subdivision “Professional College of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” represented by director Natalia Motunova signed a cooperation agreement with a stakeholder – director of a hair salon Olha Khomenko.

This meeting took place at the initiative of the College. The purpose of this agreement is joint activity in the field of hairdressing, cosmetology and other household services for the population, raising the level of professional service in the city of Lubny and beyond, and training highly qualified master hairdressers of a wide profile in the beauty industry.

The Professional College and the stakeholder intend to hold joint master classes, projects, conferences and events on current needs in the field of design; promote the exchange of practical experience, publications, recommendations and other information in the field of the beauty industry.

As a stakeholder, Olha Yuriivna was involved in the formation of the educational and professional program “Design” and will be involved in its renewal by providing suggestions and recommendations. So, the goals, tasks and content of the practical training of the students were determined with the employer.

The Director of “FOP Khomenko O.Yu.” promotes the practice of students, organizes internships for graduates if there are vacancies and according to their needs; provides an opportunity for the college to use the material and technical base of the hair salon, necessary for the implementation of the curriculum and educational and professional program.

All wishes and suggestions of the employer, expressed during the meeting, were taken into account. They are planned to be considered at the meetings of cyclical commissions, at the pedagogical council of the educational institution, with the introduction of corrections to the list of competencies and learning outcomes.
