Master’s Works Defense at the FNS

Master’s thesis were defended on January 27 – 28 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
Thesis defense in Landscape Gardening was conducted at the premises of Kreminna Professional Lyceum. Professor of the Department of Anatomy and Physiology of Human and Animals of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical University Ya. H. Synelnykova was invited to act as a chairman of the Examination Committee.
Also State Examination Committee included:
– S. Petrenko, Head of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology;
– O. Hubska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology;
– N. Demydova, Assistant at the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology.
One of the most interesting works were by V. N. Yesypenko on the subject “Scientific Foundations for Creating Forest Crop of the Common Oak in the North of Luhansk Region” (scientific supervisor is Professor of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology O. M. Shevchenko), Ye. O. Ohloblin – “Background Technology for Cultivation of Promising Species and Breeds of Umbraticole Perennials in Stanytsia Luhanska District” (scientific supervisor is Professor of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology S. V. Petrenko) and N. S. Cherepanov – “Modern State and Scientific Foundations for Intensive Development of Landscape Gardens in the East of Ukraine” (scientific supervisor is Associated Professor of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology S. O. Sokolov).
Works in Genetics were defended at the premises of SE “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” (the City of Starobilsk).
State Examination Committee was headed by the Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associated Professor at the Department of Tocology and Gynecology of SE “Luhansk State Medical University” I. Yu. Romanenko. Also State Examination Committee included the following faculty teachers:
– O. Vynohradov, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences;
– O. Boiarchuk, Head of the Department of Anatomy, Physiology of Human and Animals;
– O. Hranovskyi, Associated Professor at the Department of Anatomy, Physiology of Human and Animals.
According to the SEC members the most up-to-date work was the one by O. V. Voroshylova on the subject “Screening Optimization of the First and Second Trimester of Pregnancy for Risk Identification of Foetus Chromosome Mutation” (scientific supervisor is Associated Professor of the Department of Anatomy, Physiology of Human and Animals O. E. Hranovskyi).
All students succeeded and obtained good and excellent grades.
Faculty of Natural Sciences wishes master’s students successful implementation of knowledge and skills obtained at the university.
