Participation in the “Kyiv Tech Summit” hackathon

Students of the ER IPMIT took part in the “Kyiv Tech Summit” hackathon.
In September, a team of students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies under the leadership of the assistant of the ITS Department Volodymyr Matievskyi took part in the Web3 hackathon – Kyiv Tech Summit.
Kyiv Tech Summit is a unique hybrid hackathon organized by the Web3 community to support Ukrainians in the fight for freedom! The goal of the Kyiv Tech Summit is to develop software solutions to solve problems on the ground to help Ukrainians and the economy of Ukraine.
The hackathon is focused on using the possibilities of technology to solve the existing problems of Ukrainians:
- Resistance to disinformation and information manipulation
- Access and communication support
- Assistance to displaced persons
- Collection of donations and coordination of humanitarian aid
- Reconstruction of the economy of Ukraine
The ER IPMIT team consisting of Oleksandr Krutko, Dmytro Klopov, Mariana Honcharova, Mykola Veredin, Dmytro Mykhailiuk, Dmytro Tereshchenko, and Roman Kozachenko presented the HelpFast project, designed to solve the problem of communication between affected people and all those who care. The project was implemented with the help of the Telegram network and the wesite.
