Entrance exams for postgraduate studies have begun at LTSNU

The entrance exams to the 3rd educational and scientific level of higher education (postgraduate) have begun at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
This year, the number of people wishing to receive the educational degree “Doctor of Philosophy” exceeded 40 people.
The entrance tests will be held in a remote format via the Zoom platform for three days, from September 7 to 9. The first exam is philosophy, the second one is a foreign language, and the third one is a professional exam in a specialty.
The university offers a wide range of areas of training for future postgraduate students:
- 011 ‒ “Educational, Pedagogical Sciences”;
- 015 ‒ “Professional Education” (by specialization);
- 035 ‒ “Philology”;
- 051 – “Economy”;
- 052 ‒ “Political Science”;
- 073 ‒ “Management”;
- 111 ‒ “Mathematics”;
- 231 ‒ “Social Work”.
During the first exam, the Rector of the university, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Karaman addressed the entrants with a welcoming speech.
In particular, she congratulated the entrants and noted that in these difficult times, science is more relevant and necessary than ever, because scientists are the flower of the nation and the future of our country.
