Participation in the Google Online Course

Representatives of the Faculty of Foreign Languages participate in an online course from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Google.

On July 25, 2022, distance learning under the “Google Digital Tools for Education” program from the Ministry of Education and Culture and Google Ukraine began for educators of preschool, general secondary, extracurricular, professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-higher and higher education institutions.

Thus, in September, Liudmyla Ovcharova, Deputy Dean for Academic Work, teacher of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology, and Olha Korinska, Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Work, teacher of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation, head of the Council of Young Scientists and Students got the possibility to participate in the course. 

The program provides for 12 identical cycles of free educational courses and trainings, each of which starts work every month. The course contains 5 modules (30 hours – 1 ECTS credit). Each module consists of a video lecture, practical tasks and a final test.

Participants will receive assignments in the secure virtual space of Google Classes. A recording of the lecture will be published for each topic, and an additional consultation will be held in Google Meet, during which each participant will have the opportunity to ask questions to the trainer and demonstrate a screen to solve a problem situation.

Upon the results of training, a certificate of advanced training will be given in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 800 of 08/21/2019.
