Meeting with students

On September 1, a meeting with students was held in two colleges of the university in the city of Lubny.

On September 1, two separate structural subdivisions of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University – Vocational College and Starobilsk Vocational College were evacuated in Lubny, Poltava Region. On this day, under the slogan “We are Ukrainians: honor and glory to the indomitable!” a solemn meeting of directors, teachers of colleges with students of 1-4 years of education was held.

With a minute of silence, all those present honored those who defended the independence of Ukraine at the cost of their lives. The directors of the colleges, Natalia Motunova and Olena Krutko, congratulated the first-year students on the new stage of their lives, and the 2nd-4th year students – on the beginning of the academic year. The managers told about the peculiarities of the educational process, introduced the teaching staff.

Anna Kaplia, the representative of the student self-government and the head of the volunteer unit, addressed the students with a welcoming speech. She wished them success in their studies and easy achievements, and also invited the first-year students to actively participate in the public work of the colleges.

A difficult path has fallen to the fate of colleges and students of education – war, but we will overcome everything, because we are a Great Nation and victory will be ours. We will win together!
