2022 European Aquatics Championships

The student of the ER IPES successfully performed at the 2022 European Aquatics Championships.

At the 2022 European Aquatics Championships, which took place in Rome, Sofia Lyskun, a fourth-year student of the ER IPES, successfully performed in diving, winning three silver medals.

Sofia took the second place in jumping from a 10-meter tower in the individual competition. At the same championship, Sofia Lyskun in a pair with Oleksii Sereda won a silver medal in synchronized diving from a 10-meter platform among mixed pairs. Sofia received another silver medal in synchronized jumping with Ksenia Bailo, who is going to enter our university this year. By the way, Ksenia Bailo has already won the silver medal of the championship in the mixed team tournament.

Oleksandr Gorshkovozov, a graduate of our university, together with Oleg Kolodii won a bronze medal in the synchronized jumping from the 3-meter springboard. 

We congratulate athletes and coaches Tamara Tokmachova and Ilia Tseliutin (our graduates) on a successful performance and wish them further sporting achievements.
