Algebraic Conference at Chapman University

The Department of Algebra and System Analysis took part in the BLAST-2022 International Algebraic Conference at Chapman University.

BLAST is a conference series focusing on Boolean Algebras, Lattices, Algebraic Quantum logic, Universal Algebra, Set Theory, Set-theoretic and Point-free Topology. Conferences are held at various universities in the USA. This year, the event took place from August 8 to 12 at Chapman University in California. About 40 experienced modern mathematicians from different countries of the world took part: the USA, China, Czech Republic, Spain, Great Britain, Poland, Canada, South Africa, Austria, Australia, Netherlands, Estonia, Italy, Ethiopia, Switzerland.

Ukraine and our university were represented by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Professor Anatolii Zhuchok and the Head of the Algebra and System Analysis Department, Professor Yurii Zhuchok. Mathematicians of our university made online reports on modern problems of algebraic science.
