Hadiatske Safari

The teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts have become members of the jury of the “Hadiatske Safari” wartime postage stamp competition of the Poltava Region.

The wartime postage stamp contest “Hadiatske Safari” is being held In the Poltava region. About 200 sketches, made in various styles and techniques, took part in the selection for the contest. 

The members of the jury included Nato Mikeladze and Oleksii Sobolevskyi, teachers of the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts, who, together with the chairman of the board of the Poltava Regional Society of Philatelists Mykhailo Mellin, as well as the management of the Poltava branch of “Ukrposhta”, the regional council and the OVA selected 10 best works. These works will be published in the near future for a national vote.

After voting, the best design of the Hadiatske Safari stamp will be released together with an envelope and a postcard for the Poltava region under the “Own Stamp” project.
