Our teachers and students joined the online lecture “State policy during wartime and the introduction of sanctions – challenges for anti-crisis teams”.
On July 29, an open online lecture by Iryna Petrushkevych “State policy during wartime and the introduction of sanctions – challenges for anti-crisis teams” was held, organized by the European Business Association. Candidates of the third level of education (PhD) majoring in “Political Science” and teachers of the Department of Political Science and Law of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University took part in the event.
Martial law is a special political and legal regime introduced in Ukraine as a result of armed aggression by the Russian Federation. The challenges faced by our state involve providing the relevant state authorities, military command, military administrations, and local self-government bodies with the powers necessary to repel armed aggression and ensure national security, eliminate threats to the state independence of Ukraine, and its territorial integrity. In view of the above, the lecturer provided a lot of normative and analytical materials regarding the content blocks of the lecture: “Martial law – LIGA360 module”, “Martial law in graphic communications”, “Legislative innovations that have taken place in Ukraine since the beginning of martial law (directed to business and politics, denationalization of laws)”.
