ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE NMT SPECIAL SESSION

For this, entrants need:

  • from 12.08.2022 to 15.08.2022, create a registration card on the website of the UTSOYAO;
  • from 25.08.2022 to 30.08.2022, select a settlement for compiling the NMT on the personal page;
  • from 05.09.2022 to 07.09.2022, confirm on your personal page your intention to participate in testing and choose the settlement closest to your place during the special session;
  • creating a registration card;
  • filling out the test application for participation in testing;
  • formation of a set of registration documents (issued registration card, certified copies of a passport document, a document on a complete general secondary education, a medical opinion on the creation of special conditions for passing an external independent evaluation according to form No. 086-3/о (if necessary);
  • sending documents to the regional center for the evaluation of the quality of education, the address of which is indicated in the control and information sheet formed together with the registration card.

If it is currently not possible to use the postal communication, the documents can be sent to the e-mail address of the relevant regional center specified in the registration message. In the subject of the letter, you should indicate your surname, as well as the fact that these are registration documents. For example, Shevchenko_registration documents.
