A graduate of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports became a member of the national beach handball team of Ukraine.

From June 30 to July 6, the preparation of the national beach handball team of Ukraine continues in Slovakia for the European Championship, which will be held in the Czech Republic on July 7-11. Oleksii Novikov, this year’s master’s graduate of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, joined the “blue-yellow” team.

All the teams that will participate in the European Championship – 2022 have a very high level, so the result of each game is unpredictable. In such matches, character, composure and the ability to keep concentration until the last second come to the fore. Despite all the difficulties, the boys are preparing for a fierce fight and are determined to fight to the end!

In addition to training, the national team managed to take part in the international tournament, where it won.

“For 5.5 years, I studied at the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, and this year I finished my master’s degree. I want to express my gratitude to the teaching staff for their understanding and help in education and wish everyone health and peace,” Oleksii said in a telephone conversation.

We wish our athletes to properly prepare for the competition and win! And tomorrow we will cheer for them!
