Lecture from the Analytical and Advocacy Organization
17.6.2022
Students of the ER IHIRSPS listened to an online lecture from the Analytical and Advocacy Organization “Joint Action Center”.
Despite the difficult military-political situation, the ER IHIRSPS continues to develop and cooperate with partners.
Thus, on June 16, students of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences listened to the online lecture “The Country Will Not Build Itself. Achievements, Mistakes and Prospects of Ukrainian State-Building” from the Analytical and Advocacy Organization “Joint Action Center”.
The “Joint Action Center” is an analytical and advocacy center that adheres to the principles of independence, political neutrality and non-involvement in its work. The Center monitors daily initiatives and decisions of the parliament, government and president, which affect the balance of power in Ukraine and change people’s lives. It analyzes the decisions of central authorities and explains in simple language the details and shortcomings of these decisions, as well as offers the best options for their implementation.
Oleh Rybachuk, head and co-founder of the Joint Action Center, former Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and head of the Administration (Secretariat) of the President Viktor Yushchenko, told students about the history of building a modern Ukrainian state.
The lecture was very informative and useful for students, relevant, interesting and lively questions were asked, namely:
- What contribution did each of the presidents of Ukraine make to the development of our state?
- What role did civil society play in this – you and me, our parents, our friends, our acquaintances?
We hope for close cooperation and further joint activities.
