Scientific and Practical Conference

On May 18, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Integration of Science and Practice of Management in the Conditions of Socio-Cultural Transformations” took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The scientific event was held by the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education.

The main thematic areas of the conference were: theory and history of public administration; public administration mechanisms; public service; local government; management of an educational institution; management of a social institution; general and higher education in the context of modern challenges.

According to the results of the papers submitted to the conference, it was found that the topics discussed in the management of social systems are relevant and are studied by many scholars.

The event covered about 10 cities of Ukraine and 5 educational institutions. The conference was attended by applicants for higher education, young scientists and research and teaching staff of our university, National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, Municipal Institution of Higher Education “Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education” and others.

The conference was attended by teachers of the department: V. Zablotsky, O. Saienko, O. Ptakhina, A. Rozskazov, Ye. Ivanov, N. Vasynyova, A. Gutsol, T. Sych, O. Kravchenko, applicants for educational programs “Territorial Administration and Local Self-Government”, “Personnel Management”, “Social Sphere” of the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialty 281 Public Management and Administration, students of the educational program” Management of Educational Institutions” of the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialty 073 Management 011.

The results of this work will be presented in the collection of conference materials. This collection is dedicated to the memory of Yevhen Mykolaiovych Khrykov, who headed the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions for the last few years.
