Participation in the International Conference

On May 18, teachers of the Department of Philological Disciplines took part in the 3L-Edu 2022: 2nd International Conference on New Trends in Linguistics, Literature and Language Education.

The conference was organized and held at the initiative of scientists of Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University. The event became a productive platform for the exchange of ideas and acquaintance with research in the field of theory and practice of linguistics, literature and language education.

The report “The phenomenon of Fear in Ukrainian Literature for Children and Youth about the Events of the Holodomor of 1932-1933” was presented. Researchers pointed out that in the realities of modern reality in Ukraine, this topic is one of the important guidelines for the young generation of Ukrainians to form the foundations of their identity; emphasized the mission of fiction as a means of influencing the emotional sphere of the child, its therapeutic, cathartic function. The speech interested the participants of the scientific event and provoked lively discussions in the virtual conference hall.

The Philological Disciplines Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology is sincerely grateful to the organizers of this large-scale event for the opportunity to present their research, interest in the research problem and constructive dialogue.
