Teachers of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise joined the scientific webinar.

The webinar “Institution Profile: Creation, Adjustment, Use” (Clarivate for Scholars Series 2022) was conducted by Iryna Tikhonkova, Clarivate Analytics Regional Solutions Consultant (Head Office: London, UK).

The main theses were clarified during the event: when, why and to whom it is necessary to evaluate the publishing activity of the university and what indicators can and should be taken into account; difficulties and ways to overcome them during the search and analysis of publications of various institutions; creation and maintenance of the current profile of the university in the Web of Science Core Collection; what works can (or cannot) get to the profile of the university; how to create and export in a certain format a list of university publications for certain periods (years); a link between the university profile and the profile of the research and teaching staff.

The webinar participants received answers to the questions asked in the registration questionnaires and during the event; explanation of the use of information and useful resources on the webinar.

At the end of the event, all participants received certificates from Clarivate, which is the owner and manufacturer of powerful resources and tools that help scientists conduct, analyze, present research worldwide.
