Teachers of the Ukrainian Language Department continue to study the principles of publishing activities at webinars from Clarivate.

On May 10, teachers of the Ukrainian Language Department took part in the next webinar of Clarivate on “Profile of the Institution: Creation, Adjustment, Use.”

During the webinar, teachers had the opportunity to learn when, why and to whom it is necessary to evaluate the publishing activities of higher education institutions and what indicators in such cases can and should be viewed.

The lecturer Iryna Tykhonkova acquainted the participants with the information about the difficulties that arise during the search and analysis of the institution’s publications and possible ways to overcome them.

During the webinar, the focus was on how to create and keep up to date the profile of a higher education institution in the Web of Science Core Collection.

The participants of the webinar received answers to the questions: what scientific works may or may not be included in the profile of the institution?; how to create and export in a certain format a list of publications of a higher education institution for certain years, etc.

At the end of the webinar, answers to questions from the registration forms of students were heard. As a result of the webinar, participants traditionally received certificates and information materials for further processing and use in the work.
