Appeal of relocated educational institutions of Ukraine to the European and world educational and scientific communities!

Dear educators, scientists, students of Europe and the World!

Teachers and students of 18 higher education institutions of Ukraine, which have twice been victims of Russian aggression: in 2014, when due to the Russian attack on Ukraine and its occupation of Luhansk and Donetsk regions and Crimea, we were forced to move to free Ukrainian territory. And now, in 2022, when Russia has waged a large-scale war against the entire Ukrainian people, and we are forced to seek refuge for our universities for the second time!
