Volunteering as an act of counteraction to military aggression

On February 24, 2022, on the first day of Russia’s war against Ukraine, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was forced to evacuate once again in a century of history.

This time the shelter was hospitable Poltava, where the educational process was resumed and a volunteer movement was launched, in which scientific and pedagogical workers, staff and students take part.

Every day, in their free time, they help in the warehouse for unloading and sorting humanitarian aid intended for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, terrorist defense, IDPs from the most affected areas of our country.

The mission of volunteers is accelerating our victory.
