Science Days at the Social Work Department

On April 27, the Social Work Department hosted the annual event – Science Days.

Due to the martial law in the country and the inability to conduct it offline, the event took place online through the Google Meet platform.

Traditionally, the Science Days were opened by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Leonid Tsezarevych Vakhovskyi, who came out with a congratulatory speech and wished everyone, despite the complexity of the educational process, creative and professional inspiration.

Two student sections were created: the first section “Theoretical Aspects of Social Work” and the second section “Social Work with Different Groups of Clients”. The bachelor’s students and the master’s students, both full-time and part-time, made reports.

The speeches highlighted various social problems faced by both children and the older generation.

The best reports of both sections will be published in collections, which will be an indicator of the effectiveness and continuation of our Institute.
