Round table at the PTPE Department

On April 27, the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education hosted a round table “Innovations in Science, Production and Services”.

The head of the event was Dmytro Kramarenko, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education. The meeting was conducted using the Google Meet platform.

Both teachers and applicants of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education were involved in the round table. Reports were made by 5 teachers and 11 students. In total, about 30 students and staff took part in the event.

The participants of the round table were congratulated on the Science Days in Ukraine by the Head of the Department Viktor Burdun and the Deputy Director of the ER ICSTT for Educational Work Natalia Bykadorova. They told about the peculiarities of educational and scientific work at the institute under martial law, wished the participants inspiration, perseverance and success in research for the benefit of native Ukraine!

The first to speak were employees and teachers of the Department, who in their speeches described the main scientific areas of the Department in the field of scientific innovations in production and services. Scientific achievements in the production of flour products enriched with aquatic organisms (D.P. Kramarenko), optimal solutions for growing sugar corn in the Luhansk region (S.V. Masliiov), analysis of the peculiarities of agrophytocenoses of winter wheat in eastern Ukraine were presented (O.O. Beseda), research of influence of cryostabilizing additives on microstructural indicators of minced meat (N.I. Girenko), methods of application of the Compass-3D program for designing of clothes (G.M. Grishchyshyna).

The speeches of students were devoted to the following scientific problems:

  • features of the use of nanotechnology in the food industry (Yana Popova);
  • substantiation of parameters of the frame of the wide-reaching cultivator (Andrii Safyanik);
  • substantiation of the technology of sowing grain crops (Pavlo Nelen);
  • conceptual features of Belarusian cuisine. (Yulia Ratii);
  • technological features of making clothes for complex figures (Olena Sheputa);
  • prospects for expanding the range of sturgeon dishes in the restaurant industry. (Kateryna Kunzhapova);
  • nutritional value and benefits of pond fish (Anastasia Voloshina);
  • substantiation of corn growing technology (Andrii Pavlichenko);
  • method of forming clothes based on asymmetry. (Yelyzaveta Rybkina);
  • modern features of Italian cuisine (Danylo Myrshevyi);
  • vegetables as a promising raw material for vegetarian cuisine (Anzhela Yatsemon).

The presentation of the results and discussion of scientific research took place in a friendly atmosphere. Despite the fact that some of the participants heard the explosions of bombs and shells, all were set to continue scientific activities.

Based on the materials of the scientific seminar, 16 scientific articles in the fields of food technology, agriculture and light industry were prepared by the students of the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education, which will be published in the collection “Scientific Activities of Young Researchers”.
