Meeting with the structural subdivisions

Today, April 18, a meeting was held with the university structural subdivisions.

Traditionally, every Monday the Rector of the University Olena Karaman holds an online meeting with the structural subdivisions of the university.

Today, among the main issues discussed was the issue “On the Organization of Labor Protection at the University Under Martial Law.”

“The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Regulation of Telework, Homework and Working with Flexible Working Hours” amended the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Protection”, in particular Articles 13 and 14,” the head of the Labor Protection Department Dmytro Mukhtarov said. 

He informed the audience about the changes in the system of labor protection related to martial law, told about the “Rules of conduct under martial law”, stressed the need to restore the logs of briefings, explained the procedure for briefings, etc. In particular, he noted that the briefings can be conducted remotely, using information and communication technologies, including video communication. In this case, the confirmation of the briefing is the fact of exchange of relevant electronic documents between the employer and the employee.

After hearing the report of the head of the Labor Protection Department Dmytro Mukhtarov, the Administration decided:

‣ to take note of the information;

‣ structural subdivisions of the university to discuss issues at meetings of scientific and pedagogical councils;

‣ to the head of the Labor Protection Department Dmytro Mukhtarov to post normative documents on the university website and to bring them to the notice of structural subdivisions;

‣ university staff to follow the rules of labor protection during remote work under martial law.

Among the miscellaneous, the participants discussed issues of preparation for the final certification of graduates, the organization of the admissions committee, a variety of activities within the traditional Science Days and more.
