Participation in the Festival

The applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor’s) level took part in the II International Festival of Arts “February Fest”.
Students of the Design Department of the Graphic Design educational program improve their skills not only in art disciplines, but also by constantly participating in various art competitions.
The festival was supported by Italian cultural and artistic figures of the International cultural association Festival & Contest in a remote format. The purpose and tasks of the festival are: popularization and development of art; search and support of gifted creative youth, popularization of artistic creativity; exchange of experience between participants.
The evaluation criteria were: originality of the author’s idea and its implementation; artistic skill; compositional and color solution; completeness of disclosure of artistic image; idea and form of the work, etc.
The event was actively attended by the second-fourth year students in the category “Fine Arts” among the categories: portrait, still life, landscape. As a result they won prizes!
Maria Dement, a third-year student, received a special prize for the best performance of a work on Italy, namely free participation in the International Festival-Competition “International Days of Arts in Italy”, which will take place in the summer, and guaranteed participation in the concert in honor of the opening of the Festival, which will take place on the main square of the city.
