Unusual Exam

The first year students of the Institute of Culture and Arts of LNU passed an exam out of the ordinary way – in “Lvivska Kaviarna” in Poltava.

The first year students of specialty “Cinema and Television Art” passed an exam in “Elocution and Dramatic Reading”. Such way of passing an exam is quite reasonable because it naturally creates the atmosphere necessary to master public performance skills by the students of creative specialties.

The examination consisted of two parts: speech lead-in and reading fictional prose. Especially the viewers were impressed by the second part – reading the works of Nadiia Herbysh – “Coffee Warm Stories”. Students showed their interest in the written works, understanding language material and theatricality of artistic images’ presentation. Examination committee pointed out a high level of students’ readiness to the exam. Real professional skill begins from such successful steps.

Teachers and students of ICA thanked the first year students and a teacher of the Department of Culturology and Cinema and Television Art in elocution, dramatic reading and acting skills, film and theater actress, actress of television project “Total Difference in Ukraine” Nataliia Hnita for an inspiring and warm atmosphere of literary lobby.
