Dear teachers, students, postgraduate students and university members! Dear friends!

2016 is an important year for our university – Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is 95 on March 1! This is a holiday not only for an educational establishment but this is an outstanding day in the history of education development in Luhansk region. This is a day of opening the first higher educational establishment of Donbas (Donetsk Higher Pedagogical Provincial Courses) on March 1, 1921 when the history of higher school in our region has started.

Let the incoming year be a year of new achievements, well-being and prosperity. I believe that our country and our university come to a bright future and stable development without problems.
