Leadership Training

The Pedagogy Department conducted a training with future physical culture specialists.

“I am the leader of the 21st century” – under this title, an online training on leadership formation and leadership development took place, which was joined on the Google Meet platform by the second-year applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor’s) level of the specialty “Secondary Education. Physical Culture” of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports.

The purpose of the training is to familiarize higher education applicants with the nature of the origin of leadership and its main components; define the functions of leadership and consider its role in the professional success of future specialists; contribute to the formation of a leadership worldview; develop leadership qualities; teach the secrets of oratory, in particular, feel free in front of an online audience, listen to others, argue and defend your point of view; to improve the skills of proper use of one’s own leadership potential.

During the event, the participants considered the features of modern leadership theories and analyzed various classifications of leader types, worked out methods for determining the level of manifestation of their leadership qualities and gained valuable experience in using various methods of leadership formation and development of leadership qualities.
