“Book for the Defender of Ukraine”

The Council of Young Scientists and Students of LTSNU has joined the creation of the “Book for the Defender of Ukraine”.

The Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine created the “Book for the Defender of Ukraine” project, designed to popularize the Ukrainian book among the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to establish contacts between young scientists and military personnel.

The Council of Young Scientists and Students of our university has joined this project. Young scientists collected about 50 books of modern Ukrainian literature of various genres and made a postcard for each with words of gratitude and sincere wishes to our defenders. All collected books and letters will be transferred to the libraries of military hospitals, where our servicemen are now. Also, the initiative to collect books for the project “Book for the Defender of Ukraine” was supported by the Luhansk Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M. Gorky and the scientific library of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.

Thanks to the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the excellent initiative, we look forward to further cooperation.
