The Unity Day held the event dedicated to Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

On February 18, 22, an online event dedicated to the Unity Day of Ukraine was held at the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, designed to consolidate society regarding the territorial integrity, unity and protection of the independence of Ukraine.

The meeting of students was organized by the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism. The event was opened by the deputy directors for social and humanitarian work and the chairman of the student directorate of the ER IPP. 100 people who took an active part in watching and discussing Viktor Grom’s film “Crimea. Surrounded by Change” went on the air.

During the meeting, students actively joined the discussion on the issue of peace in our native Ukraine. Today, in such a difficult time, the greatest happiness in the world for a person is peace, when people live in peace, the earth does not tremble from terrible explosions. The student community noted that right now we must be wise, strong in spirit, keep calm, balance, believe and understand that our state is united, free and stronger than ever.
